MEMBERSHIP OFFICERS

Co Walter - Started with the credit Union July 1983 as Administrative Assistant. This position encompassed administrative/clerical duties, human resource functions, payroll, and acted as recording secretary for GRTCU, HCCU, and ACU Board of Directors.

March 1992 - Support Services Director. This department is responsible for member records, archives, research, purchasing, inventory, mailroom, facilities, call center, information system and various portions of our delivery systems (phones, ATM's)/

Phyllis Lord - Started with the credit union in August 1981 as Mail Teller. Between 1983 and 1988 worked in the Member Service Department and on the switchboard. In 1988 began working with records and research. In 1990 assumed responsi8bility for purchasing/inventory. Became part of Support Services Department in 1992 and is responsible for leading day-to-day of records, inventory and reception area.

Esther Blanco - Has been with the credit union since July 1987. During her employment she has worked in the teller and member service areas. Esther joined the Support Services Department in April 1997.

Shana Heinrich - Started with the credit union September 21, 1998. Shana is working Support Services as a Support Service Representative. Her duties include switchboard, filing, information desk and various other duties.
